Within every graceful movement of a ballerina lies unbelievable strength. The barre movements will provide both strength and the long elegant lines and lean muscles of a dancer. We will begin with the foundation of standing ballet barre work at the barre to recruit more muscles and work on balance and core strength. Then moving on to ballet inspired mat Pilates. This class will change to keep you on your toes using different props to engage the proper muscles.
